Book Club Question

Just a quick question. I just started up a little book club with some friends and co-workers here in NYC. We decided to read a John Updike book but I've never read anything of his. Have you? Do you have a John Updike novel you'd recommend? Thanks!

    Sorry, I've never read Updike so I can't recommend anything by him ...

    I really liked The Witches of Eastwick (I think that's the title) and Couples, but those are the only two I've read.
