So things are and have been pretty busy and crazy for us right now.
My H found a new (and hopefully better) job so his last day of his old job is today. He gets about a week and a half off between jobs for a much needed rest.
This week I got called into jury duty for two days and got picked for a trial. It was for the New York Supreme Court and was a civil trial. All eight of us even went down to the court house (led by a very nice security guy) and met with the judge and everything. However, the case was resolved or dismissed or something because we were no longer needed. While it would have been an interesting 6-10 day trial I am glad it is over because this is my last week of school...
AND we decided to go to Las Vegas next weekend for a much needed vacation!! Yeah!
AND two very good friends of ours just announced their engagement so while we are in Las Vegas we'll be able to go to their engagement party.
AND we've both been asked to be bridesmaid/groomsman for their wedding next Spring.
Yay!!
